- 900m of eastbound and westbound carriageway resurfacing
- 900m of footway and cycle track constuction
- Reinforced concrete retaining wall and granite facing
- Removal and relocation of existing lamp columns
- New storm drainage
- Granite and concrete kerbs
- 400m of pedestrian guardrail
